Should I adopt this adorable Maine Coon? Input appreciated! :)

I second what Molldee says about being prepared for how interactive, energetic and clingy they are.

Max and his brothers are nearing 2.5 yrs and are still VERY playful...still need several play sessions a day and still rely on each other for interaction.

Only 1 of my guys is a "lap cat" but the other two are always in eye range. They follow me everywhere and Max is my travel buddy. He LOVES car rides (mainly b/c of the air conditioning and the alone time!) Mine are also quite vocal and will carry on a conversation with me.

That's funny because mine squeak instead of meow. They are very quiet cats.

Our most recent MC rescue "squeaks" instead of meows too. We actually think she strained her vocal chords when she was little as she sounds very hoarse. She can occasionally get a noise out when very stressed but other than that it's just her mouthing and very little sound coming out.

My street cat squeaks too. Aren't they funny.

Do we have any update tnyc?  Will your fur family stay the same size or will it get bigger and fluffier?  I'd love to know!

Maine Coons also chirp, unlike other breeds, though mine never did.

Blighty squeaks when he wants to be stroked. Sooo sweet. Will he ever meow?
Please get the kitty and put us out of our misery. Or has somebody else taken him already?

I think the fact that we haven`t had an update in so long, means that she did not get him.

Poor kitty. Still stuck in a cage.

I get why Tync was worried he/she would end up adopting 30 cats!!!! Look at all these kitties at the website where Bonnie (and clyde) are posted...seriously heartmelting I am not surprised!

If you don't intend to adopt another cat why make such a thing about it?

Ah! I tried to get her, but apparently demand was high and I spent too long deciding! OH WELL!

what about her brother Clyde? he looks equally cute!

was he taken with her?

Awww   She sure was cute!

I just checked the website, it seems her brother was adopted too, so probably together..... so don't feel bad.

She is sooo fluffy and cute!!!!!!
