Kitten just got sick :(

So of course I'm taking my baby to the vet today to get checked out however it's not for another 2 hours & I'm out of my mind with worry.

Cali has stopped eating she did not eat anything this morning I'm afraid she's not getting nutrients & is possibly dehydrated.. She's also been throwing up but her poop is still solid.. Is there any possible way this could be only temporary & not life threatening? She didn't play like she normally does & however she is still very cuddly. HELP

How old is she? It's good you are getting her to a vet soon as young kittens can go downhill quickly as they have fewer reserves to fall back on. It is really hard to say what could be wrong. She could have ingested something that didn't agree with her system or a foreign object. She could have an infection. Try not to worry too much until the vet visit. Most causes are definitely treatable and not life-threatening.
