My kittens have lice so I put frontline the one that you need to squeeze in between their shoulder blades about a week ago. Right now their tail is still full of lice. I just want to ask if I can just put a tiny bit of single spray of frontline spray to their tail because their tail is still full of lice?

I will also put them in E-collar to avoid them from licking their fur.

I tried looking for the metal nitted comb but they are not available at my pet stores.

There is no need for an Ecollar.

I believe Frontline is more for the treatment of fleas and ticks. A veterinarian can recommend the safe and best way to get rid of lice, including the type of shampoo and topical meds to use.

Frontline Plus lists chewing lice as one of the bugs it kills. Just double checked on their website.
I have no experience with lice on cats, but I know Frontline works through the blood and is not made to be used to kill on contact like a bug spray. When the insect feeds from your cat, it gets a dose of the medicine. That being the case, I wouldn't put any on your cat's tail because it won't make any difference and goes against what the label indicates is proper application.
Maybe these lice are newly hatched from eggs that were laid and need another few days for the meds to work?
You could try cleaning the tails with plain, blue Dawn dishsoap. Otherwise, I would call the vet for advice. Cats are very sensitive to all chemicals and pesticides are nothing to mess around with, especially considering how young these kitties are.

Thanks for the reply Is there equivalent to dawn dish soap that I can use because it not available where I live in?

I only have herbal shampoo with labels of antiparasitic, antifungal, anti itch, antiseptic, deodorizing. Can you also teach me proper way of shampooing the pet to remove all the lice infestation all over the tail thank you

If you can give me advice with other home method just like the dawn dish soap I would be really happy because dawn dish soap is not available here.

I also want to put some diatomaceous earth to their fur but the seller said the the lice are already in the fur so it is not as effective, he said it is best to used for cleaning the house to remove fleas/lice .

Any mild dishsoap should work. Dawn is the one they use to clean animals after oil spills, so I think that is why that particular brand is usually recommended. The degreaser agent is supposed to break down the sticky substance that holds the eggs to the hair. Just lather up the tail, let it sit for a minute and then rinse thoroughly.
The little comb should be used, too, afterwards. Hopefully, you can find one. Maybe the pharmacy carries them? I got mine at a pet store and don't know where else would carry them.

I will follow your advice. Last question, should I apply the dish soap directly to the fur or dilute it with water first?

I have this two dish soap Joy Antibac and Joy Hand care? Should I use the second one I mentioned instead? Because I read right now the one with antibac should not be used.

After I rinse the dish soap off, is is there a need to use regular cat shampoo to finish it off?

Since frontline was applied a week ago, I would definitly not apply any more, even in the spray form at this time. Essentially it is a posion, which you don't want to over dose your kitten with it. I know that my vet recommended for me to wait a month before giving my kittens any additional treatments for fleas after having been treated with the frontline spray a few days before I had adopted them from the shelter. If you haven't already I would suggest contacting your vet to see what they recommend for removing the remaining lice on them. As for the flea comb if you are unable to find it locally, you might want to consider purchasing one online, some places you could check would be ebay or amazon. As for some of the online pet stores I am not sure what their international shipping is like, but it is worth checking into.

I bought Joy with vitamin E with touch of olay dish soap I think it is mild because it says it helps keeps your hands soft. I tried it with one of the kittens and it worked. There is still some on the tail but the majority of lice were removed thanks very much for the tip. I am really happy now

Can I wash his tail again tomorrow with dish soap I can still see a few on the inner fur of his tail. I bathe him with warm water and blow dried him afterwards I also bought a flea comb at my pet store.

Excellent! I fell asleep and didn't see your last post last night, sorry about that.
It should be okay to wash them again, I think the biggest worry would be drying out their skin. I saw a website that recommended mixing mayonnaise with the dishsoap to prevent dry skin, but that sounds kind of messy :)
The soap is not a long term solution, but hopefully it will help while the Frontline does it's work. And hopefully your kitties are much less itchy.
I've dealt with a lot of fleas on my pets, but not lice. I caught head lice at a concert once and it was no fun at all trying to get rid of them.

Can I use diatomaceous earth on their fur? Will it remove the remaining lice?
