Hello from Michigan

Just joined and thought that I would introduce my fur babies. My oldest boy Riley who is 13 has been with me for the past 10 years. The next of the boys is Taz who I got when was 8 weeks old, now is 2. The latest additions are Sheldon and Leonard who will be 10 weeks old tomorrow and joined the household a little over a week ago. I got the little ones in mind of being playmates for Taz. So far everyone has been getting along well, and Taz has been playing with the little ones and has even started grooming them. Riley has been adjusting well to the new additions with only a few annoyed growls which have been happening less often. Still not friends but acceptance has been made, and knowing Riley I expect grooming to follow within the next few weeks. Some pictures of everyone

Hi there! You are so lucky to have an older cat who adjusts well to new additions! I love it when cats groom and love on each other, it's so sweet. Welcome! 

Riley does do well with new additions. Over the past 10 years that I have had him we have lived with different people, several different cats and dogs. It sometimes takes a little bit of time but he adjusts. What has really amazed me is how quickly Taz has accepted the new kittens. Within a few days playing with them and have already gotten to the grooming and snuggling stage. Which I always find endearing to watch.
