Hi. I found this site while looking for some cat-health advice. Actually, in our household we now have 3 indoor cats, and 2 rescued cats in our horse barn! In fact, of the house cats, only one started out to be our cat! That cat is Peekaboo. Our senior cat is actually a daughters - she would have taken him back home but her father wanted her to leave Monster here and the third cat is another daughter's. That cat is Parley, the one-eyed calico. Daughter is now living with another woman (room-mate) who owns the house and won't allow pets! Except for not being able to have Parley there, the living arrangements are ideal and affordable, so...now you know. We also have a senior dog (shepherd mix) and 3 horses.
We have always had lots of animals - cats included - but never have we had a cat who became so thin (see post under health). Hope to learn from some of you who know more about health care than I do. Katie is Monster's real mom, so I think when she returns from a business trip at the end of the week, we will be calling the vet.
Is this too much information? It is kind of long! Sorry!
