He and his two sisters ( Galadriel and Faenor) were outside with their momma cat Friskeyz and my in-laws dog, which is a big boxer-lab mix bit him. I see no blood or marks around the area that the dog was biting him at, there was only a little blood by his right eye where a scratch was. I brought him inside and gave him some food and water, he ate a little bit of food and then laid down to sleep. I have to give him water through a straw (don't have a syringe at the moment -_-) just to make sure he doesn't dehydrate. When I first brought him in, he was meowing and his breathing with a sound. Now he's not making that sound anymore, still meows a little bit and shakily moves around the blanket I have him on. He is still sleeping at this moment. Could he just be a little shaken up? I don't know what else to do.....I'd love to take him to the vet but I don't have a vehicle at the moment and the closest vet that I know of is miles away. Help?

if breathing was heavy thats relateded to shock an just like us it can be exhausting i would suggest rest in quiet dark place an keep eye on things  to see how it goes meowing could be a good signx

With such a tiny kitten and such a big dog there is a danger of internal injuries, even if you can't see any blood or broken skin. Where exactly did the dog bite him?

If it was around the torso he could have hurt his ribs, which would make breathing sound heavy and laboured.  I'd try to get him to the vet as soon as possible if he still seems shaky or is having trouble breathing.

Shock can be fatal too so, as colz suggested, try to keep him somewhere quiet where he can rest.

Is there anyone who could give you a ride? Or is there a bus you could use?

Hope he's going to be OK.

He was fine until the 31st, I walked into the bathroom and he was laying on the floor not moving and was freezing
Still had no way to get to a vet so I wrapped him up in a couple shirts and covered him in a blanket. For the next two days I gave him water through a syrynge, he drank every bit of it, just wouldn't eat anything. He passed away on the 2nd
It hurts more than anything because I know that if there was a way I could've taken him to the vet he might've had a chance. :'( Then again I'm glad he's not suffering anymore. R.I.P. Gallifrey I miss you so much but know you are in a better place....
