I just read the "School Kitty" thread and it brought some tears to my eyes
About a year ago, there was a kitten just like that, meowing sadly on the fence at the side of my house. The fence was pretty tall so it took all of my courage to climb a ricketty ladder and get the cat.
I took her to the vet, fed her,& named her Sporty because once she gained her health (she was so thin & weak)she was always running around & playing.
But what I can't get is why my other cats just did not like her. And she was absolutey scared of them.
Then about 2 days before her scheduled spay, she managed to slip out of the house & to the street. Then WHAMO got hit by a Montero. The driver never stopped, never slowed down.
Well, this is my story. I had to share it...
