Hi, I have seven cats, six boys and one girl.  Havilah is the oldest at almost 10 years.  He is white with some grey spots, short haired and gentle.  Actually he is so fat, I am trying to lose some weight off him for his health.  He lays there and looks like a baby seal he is so round!  Next is Ignacio, Iggy for short, he is 5 years old.  He was on the road, hit by car, we stopped, picked him up, took him home to take to shelter in morning.  But fell in love and took to vet and kept him.  He is solid grey, has a tiny squeak meow and is very timid and sweet.  Next, a family member had trapped a feral little tiger in their barn and wanted me to take for my barn.  It was very cold winter, I had to neuter him and brought him into basement (nice finished) to recuperate, weather stayed nasty so opened his cage door and for about 2 months we never really knew where he was down there. We had named him Sneaky Petey since we never could find him. The food would be gone and potty in the box, finally he would peek up the stairs and eventually joined everyone and is now just fine, a little skittish but cute as a button.  Next came two cats at one time, first Tigger walked down the driveway with an embedded flea collar, he is a huge orange tiger.  Behind him came Mushmellon, a fat, squat little, pale orange boy!  I thought they loved each other, but turned out they were fighting!!  They are 4 years old now and beautiful and healthy, Tigger still has an indentation area around his neck but he is fine otherwise.  Last came two more at one time.  In my barn appeared an adorable little wild calico, looked to be about 6 months old this last winter.  I would call to her and she would pop out of straw and hiss at me.  Too cute for words, kept feeding and feeding her, she was emaciated, I knew I had to catch her and get her spayed because one day a beautiful tuxedo black and white male was there.  I live trapped her, got her spayed and she was recuperating in the basement when the tuxedo male climbed into our cat proof fenced yard!!  It is the Cat Fence brand so my cats can go out and not get hurt.  Somehow he climbed in, we do not have the part that keeps cats out, so I live trapped him in the backyard, called the vet, asked to bring him over to neuter.  She had time, he was neutered, he recuperated in basement with his "wife", we had named her Keepu2 and we called black boy, Douglas.  Since he was pretty wild after he felt well, we did put him into barn, I did not see him for 3 months!  I was sick, I thought for sure he was dead, suddenly there he is under the pine tree, we kept feeding him there, finally, he climbed into back yard again and now has not left, is not wild at all!  In fact, he is the sweetest of all the cats!  That's my cat story.

That is an AMAZING cat story!  I love it.  It sounds like a wonderful little tribe.
