my cats nipples are pink and swollown, but not huge. she is fluffy but there is a good ring of fur lost from around it. Her belly is big for her size. it doubled, but like all small cats, it's kinda hard to tell. she is not fat. her belly is big in only one area. she wants ALL the attiention she can get. she is only 7 months old and about 8 weeks pregnet. she has been purring if you go within 5 feet. i am not sure if she truly is 8 weeks, though. i will make sure after she has them and can get spayed that she will. her kittens do not move alot. 4 nipples are noticeable. when they get prepared for milk, does the skin start to get more draggy? i feel a kitten paw if a stay there long enough. she stoped running but still likes to walk and roam.i set up a cat house thats ment for outside. she is still inside and i confined her, so far not that big of a deal for her. she is currently eating cat plus  kitten food and milk replacer. i put her favorite pillow in there. she has been sleeping in there alot more. do you guys think delivery will be next week? i am concerned about this young mother. last week saterday night she brout home a guy twice the size of her, maybe even tripple! should i be concered about the kittens though? there kicks are strong. i am guessing they are small like mama.please tell me, and if you have any pictures of your small pregnet cats plus her kittens i would deeply apreciate it.

Unfortunately unless you know when she conceived there is no way to know for sure when she will deliver, and all cats exhibit different pre-labor signs. Pictures of other small pregnant cats likely aren't much help either as how big their stomaches are totally varies based on how they are carrying the kittens and how many are in there. For example, I had two foster Queens who were about the same size. One had such a huge belly that I thought she would pop at any minute- yet she waited three more weeks before delivering. The other was so thin we weren't even sure that she was pregnant. And, of course, she delivered the next day! Even though you can't pinpoint exactly when it will be as a general rule of thumb once you can see/feel the kittens moving you are about two weeks away from delivery.

Since you are likely within that window now is the time to make sure she stays inside all the time. You don't want to risk her having her kittens outside someplace that you can't find them! Also, remember that Queens can go back into heat anytime after giving birth so until the kittens are weaned and she is spayed she must remain indoors and away from an at all times.

It's good you have her birthing box all set up and have her on kitten food. With the kitten food you shouldn't need to give her the milk replacer, and it's so rich that it may give her diarrhea so I would cut that out unless the vet has instructed you otherwise. Also, make sure you are giving her canned wet food 2-4 times a day in addition to the dry kitten food- she needs the extra calories and the extra water!

As you continue to wait be sure to read through the basic kitten care links as well as through old threads to make sure you have everything you need in your birthing kit and to prepare yourself for what is to come: http://www.thecatsite.com/t/249018/...regnant-cats-kitten-care-articles-and-threads . Because she is so young she is at a slightly higher risk for complications so be sure you have your vet's phone number and the number to the nearest after hours/emergency vet on hand just in case. If you suspect something is wrong do not hesitate to call them for advice!

Best of luck in making your preparations. Ask more questions if you need to!

She is still active. Is that okay?
You mean active as in still running around and playing? If so, yes, that is totally normal. Some cats act totally "normal" right up until they go into labor. Others become a bit more cantankerous and lay around not wanting to do anything. So long as she doesn't become lethargic (wants to move but doesn't, starts refusing food and water, ect) then however she wants to act is fine. Honestly because of her age I am not at all surprised that she is still very mobile and you should engage her in play to burn off her kitten energy as much as she wants it!

I certainly don't want to beat a dead horse, just want to reiterate that it's fine that she is active so long as she is indoors.
Lettng her out at this point is just too risky!

In the end of pregnancy, when the kittens are coming down in positions, you usually feel them less. And also, lower down then before.

Nay, make sure she doesnt need to jump up to get her needs, nor fly from any danger or discomfort.

Only good if she can move some to get a little excercise. Pregnancy although very uncomfortable, after all it isnt being sick.

Make sure she is unstressed as far as possible.

Good luck!
