Hi All,

I am so worried about my young cat, Noodle, and I do not have money to take him to the vet right now. He has blood in his stool and his stool is super runny. It has been like this for a couple months now and I have just been waiting to see if it goes away on its own, but I cannot wait anymore. I gave all my cats (5 total)  a round worm treatment about a week ago an I plan on doing it again like the directions say to. I also quit giving them table scraps and milk, etc. I never really did give them much, but I would have thought that this would have went away by now after cutting them off. Noodle's anus is enlarged/swollen and it looks really sore, bright red, and raw and he continues to lick it. Does anyone have any advice to help me with this problem? Please help!

Cheers,

Pauline

He really needs to see a vet, especially since this has been ongoing for a couple of months already.

Thank you. I guess I will have to because I just cannot deal with it anymore. I will have to borrow money from someone or something because there is poop all over the house because he cannot help it. ;( So stressful! But again, thank you so much!

His little hiney is so swollen and irritated from the diarrhea, especially if this has been going on for a couple of months.  Your little guy needs to get to the vet ASAP as he's in a lot of pain and discomfort.
