Hi, I am a new cat owner to my gorgeous girl Jasmine she is currently pregnant and apparently only a year old I've had her for the past 8 weeks and I love her more than ever...unsure of what breed she may be but regardless she is beautiful (biased I know) her previous owner sold her to me pregnant although she had only had a litter 8 weeks before :( anyway she is lovely and now in a good responsible loving home :)

Oh the poor darling girl.. that's too many litters far too quickly.

How wonderful that she's found you and won't have to go through that anymore.

Welcome to TCS!

You may want to talk to the vet about whether they want her on a special diet to help build up her strength - I'm guessing she might have some nutritional issues from getting pregnant too close together. Especially if her previous owner didn't feed her very well. I don't know about cats, but I do know in humans if you're pregnant and have a poor diet your body will take calcium out of your bones to give to the baby.

Other than that, just hoping she has healthy kittens and a happy life with you now.

Aaww thankyou guys I am doing what the vet tells me and I've stayed in the last few days my biggest fear is losing her :( never understood people that got so upset about their pets....until I got one of my own lol, but hopefully fingers crossed she will be ok....I came home today from picking up my little people and rather then her greeting me I found her asleep in my wardrobe :) she is currently on kitten food and has been the past month the vet wants her in ASAP after having the kitty's to check her heart etc I will keep u posted :)
