Biting kitten!!

Hi everyone!

How do I get my 9 week old kitten to stop biting people? She plays fine with bags and boxes and toys etc, but she'll also randomly come up to people and rough house with their hands and feet. (not enough to break the skin, but enough to hurt). Any advice (especially on positive reinforcement) is appreciated!!!!
