country girl, recent convert to being a crazy cat lady

Hi y'all. I have never had cats before until my boyfriend's ex abandoned her two cats and he said we had to take them in and I fell in love! Now we adopt stray and feral kittens we find in the area and we have a small army going! The two original cats are Lil Cat and Purrsnickitty (Snick) and we have adopted five ferals so far- Pita, Creamsicle, Lord Voldemort, Bruce Wayne, and the newest addition to our family is Harley Quinn who is about 4 weeks old and quite sick. She's going to the vet tomorrow and we are really hoping she will make it! My avatar pic is Bruce Wayne, a 10 week old gray tabby, when we got him he was a flea-covered malnourished feral who ran from people, we finally got him inside and he's so big and healthy and loving now! I love cats and I never thought I'd be a "crazy cat lady" well here I am. Nice to meet y'all.

Neat... I tried to show off my cat that I lost last month, to show people how cool cats were. I had her from 11-15 years of age, was so impressed with what a beautiful animal she was... cats are such neat creatures, glad you found that out, and are able to take in so many kitties.

How is your Harley Quinn? Is she getting better?
