my cat named kitty, is pregnet. im really sorry i didn't get her fixed. planed on it, but she's tiny and lightning fast. 4 of her nipples are noticable and the fur around them gone. she is aroud 8 to 7 months old. i am feeding her kitten and cat food mixed. she brought home a boy tabby grey cat. he was 2 to 3 times bigger then her! i gave the boy cat treats so he would show himself, because he was hiding. she is 8 weeks in, i belive. can any one tell me what i should do and how many she might have?also i just got on these forums.
 thanks a million, kittycatlovemew.

i forgot to mention that this cat is an orphan. she had a sister and shes adopted too.
i love her alot. i had another cat that had a litter(she was still kinda a stray, so she lived in our garage) her kittens bluella, serenety, cheese, oreo, and blakie were spayed and had all there shots. three are now content house cats and the other two we kept. unfortunetly, they liked out side better then in. they ganged up and ran away. they all wern't that friendly. i can't wait to help my cat and her kittens. always a thrill to meet the new fella's. sincerly kitycatlovemew

I have asked the mods to move your thread to Pregnant Cats and Kittens forum where you will get help. Generally once you start seeing/feeling the kittens move, you have about 2 weeks left.

Please be aware that cats can get pregnant very quickly after birth, so she must be kept apart from any intact males until she is spayed. Also since it sounds like delivery will be soon if you think she's at 8 weeks, she must be kept inside until birth. You do not want her to have kittens outside and not be able to find them. Good luck.

Whew, she is young.

Be sure to keep her separated from males after she gives birth, vBall said, and keep her inside. Make sure that the kittens are healthy and be with her during birth, in case any emergency pops up and you need to call a vet. Get her spayed when the kittens no longer need to drink milk from her.

Good luck!

Her butt looked like there was spit all over it. The hair was all spiked up around her tushie.

If she is pregnant and you are feeling kittens move you MUST keep her in.  She might have the kittens outside, she might have an accident and leave you trying to hand-rear tiny fragile kittens.

You also MUST keep her in until she is spayed.  Cats can get pregnant again very soon after delivery even when feeding their kittens.

Are you absolutely sure she is pregnant?  If she is 8 weeks she should be noticeably bigger and you should be able to feel the kittens moving if you gently cup her tummy with your hand when she is relaxing.

How much is it to get your cat an ultrasound? My cats lowwer nipples are huge anf white tiped like milk is surfacing. Also het top two nipples are still small and not as long. Here is apicture of her belly Is she pregnet or am I crazy? not a very good picture though.

she is fluffy and small so thats why you can't really see also she was really skirmmy so I could't get her to stay still. Is it alot for ultrasound? We really need to know!

Hi, I have a young cat that is pregnant. I'm guessing she got pregnant at 4 or 5 months old, but I really don't know, she was abandoned and a few days after I got her, I took her to he vet to get her shots and found out she was pregnant. The vet guessed 2 kittens and that she was 3-4 weeks along but I think she may have been closer to 5 because her belly was just starting to look swollen. Nipples were pink and stuck out when I had her.
Anyway, I'm guessing now she is 7-8 weeks but I think closer to 8 weeks or maybe I'm just being hopeful. I just felt the babies move the other day and then 2 days later was able I see movement! So it will be soon. I just figure I she only have 2 in there, it may have taken longer to feel and see them. I have a lot of pictures of her you can compare with if you wish

Mine is always trying To sneak outside but hasn't yet, only got as far as in the garage. But she is mostly in my bedroom and away from my dog. I was working on introducing them (my dog need extra work in this area) but since I found out she was pregnant I decided to hold off to keep her less stressed. When I do let her roam around the house she is wanting out all the time, scratching at the door even. after these kittens, I am getting a leash for her, I read that bobtail cats are very easy to leash train and they love it.

Here is my girl from today.. I have earlier photos too, I marked the date, I just like to see the progress. I am wondering if she could have 3 in there because her belly looks lopsided to me. I don't know how hard it is for a vet To tell just by feeling around.
