Hi everyone,
just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. My name is Tessa and I am the proud mama to two wonderfully wacky cats.
My big boy, Niko, is an 18 month old brown tabby who thinks he is a bad boy. His latest trick is jumping from the kitchen floor to the counter to the top of the fridge then on to the cabinets and finally on to the giant antique wardrobe in my living room. From there he rules the house... Until food appears and he meows like a kitten until I help him get down.
My little girl, Lola, just turned 6 months old today. She a little peanut of a thing - black with white - and only about half the size of my big boy. When I first adopted her I worried that she would be bullied by Niko, but I pretty quickly found out that she can definitely hold her own... She's the sweetest little girl in the world, and pretends to be all innocent, but I'm pretty sure she's behind most of the cat shenanigans that go on in our house.
I never expected that I would grow up to be a "cat lady" but I love both of my kitties more than I can explain. Hope to meet more crazy cat people and share fun cat stories!
