I left her alone for 3 minutes in an empty room and came back to check on her and noticed she was limping. None of the vets were open on Sunday so I kept a very close eye on her now this morning while up and it's both front legs. Vet said he cant feel a break but she is in a lot of pain just by rubbing her leg with your finger and has a fever of 105.8 having to do xrays in the morning because they have to but her to sleep so they can stretch her legs or with out feeling any pain just don't understand what happen.....im with her 24/7 and the one time I leave her alone, this happens. I feel like its all my fault and if I was there she wouldnt be hurt.

Try not to blame yourself.  Whatever this is, if it was an accident, it could have happened while you were in the room right beside her
.  If it's some sort of illness, then there is definitely not your fault.  Let's just hope your Vet can get to the bottom of it.  Is she home with you right now, or staying at the Vet overnight?  That's a pretty high fever, isn't it?  Did they give her anything for the fever and the pain?  Poor pickles (and poor you..I'm sure you are frantic
)

Hang in there and let us know the minute you know anything.

for this sweet little baby

Thank all of yall for the support this morning she was walking on her front legs but I still took her in to see what he suggested, he has her on clavamox for 10 days he said hes never seen a kitten bounce back so fast like her. Her fever today was 103 almost back to normal. Just playing day by day. Also she eat some wet food and hasn't had a bottle all day shes growing so fast.

Yay for Pickles!  Glad she's doing well and glad you got her to the vet.  It's very common for kittens to limp from their rambunctiousness and fearless attempts at climbing and jumping.  Most of the time it just takes a day or two for them to get better, but good for you for keeping a close watch on her.

How's she doing?  When Tumbles was a kitten, it seemed like he was forever doing something to cause him to limp.  I worried myself sick!  He was fine and is fine to this day.

She is doing so much better, the vet cant believe how fast she recovered, she is a handful. She runs and jumps on my legs, she is constantly trying to nibble on my chin. Everyday I am thankful to have her in my life.

Oh my, I can't believe I missed Pickles having an accident.  What a relief she is making a speedy recovery.  I worry so much for everyone's little babies as they start to explore their world, it is such a dangerous place no matter how much you wrap them up and try to keep them safe.  Pickles is looking adorable, what a cute face and round tummy.

 for you both, stay safe and well.
