Is there anyone here from France?

I was wondering if there was anyone here from France and if they could perhaps help me out. I'm doing a project about 'Provence' in France, and I need any postcards/tourist material/postage stamps/ coins (lesser ones, of course)/ or anything I can find... from/about Provence or France in general.

I'd like to do a switch and send you Canadian things, but if you aren't interested in that, I would send money.

Thanks, Sam. I couldn't think of anyone either, but there are a few people that didn't put their location in their profile, so I have a sliver of hope that one of them may hail from France.
Thankfully, my project isn't due 'til late November. I think it would really be cool to have various postcards and stuff from there, as I obviously can't hop on a plane to pick up postcards.

Hi Jenn! I'm not from France but I have been there a few times, and I always keep all sorts of things from when I travel. In 10+ years have never done anything with the stuff! I will look through my things tomorrow and see what postcards, money, brochures or else I have and PM you to see if you'd like them. I would love for someone to make use of them finally!

Jenn - when I was at school we had to do a project on Egypt. As there wasn't a chance of me going there, my Dad suggested I write to the Egyptian Embassy and the Consulate.

They sent me a HUGE box of postcards, leaflets, information sheets etc etc . . . and I got top marks for the project!

Maybe you could do the same with the French Embassy, or maybe the Provencal Tourist Authority (if there is such a thing)?

BTW - Provence is a LOVELY place, it smells different to anywhere else I've ever been, all cypress trees and lavender.
