New here

Hi I am new here. I had a kitty who we just put down a month and a half ago named jasper. He was my baby. He was part Maine coon and adorable. We found him under the hood of a car. We had him for five years before we had to put him down. We don't know what was wrong with him he just got sick all of a sudden and had no red blood cells in him. My sister has a cat names snickers who we had for two months before we got my cat jasper. They look so much alike but are from different litters. I am getting a new kitten next week from my cousins. We don't know whether it is a girl or boy, so if it's a girl, her name is Nala and if he's a boy, his name is simba. It is so adorable and I fell inlove instantly. Even though I miss jasper, I love this kitten.

They are all so beautiful. Welcome and good luck with your new kitten. I haven't had a kitten in 13 years. I don't know if I'd have the energy for one anymore. You will have to let us all know how things go when s/he joins your family.
