dolpac dog wormer for cats

I recently got a second cat, a 14 week old kitten that I named James.  I took him to the vet yesterday because he has been having some diarrhea and the vet recommended that I get him dewormed. When I got home I looked at the meds I was given and it is dog medication.. is this safe to give to my kitten?

On the back of the package it says it’s a broad spectrum dewormer containing oxantel, pyrantel and praziquantel.

(I did call the vet to ask but haven’t received a call back yet)

I am not familiar with it, but I would definitely wait for the vet to call back before giving any at all! Everything I read online about it says it's for dogs with no mention of cats. It also says not recommended for dogs under 1 kg, so I'm not sure how appropriate it is for a kitten.
