The 3 cats have been getting along better in the last 2 days. Ive left them out together all night and also let them all out together one day while I was at work. It went well and Abby even seemed to be much better around Jayce. She only hisses at him now when he tries to play and jumps in her face. So today I noticed on Jayces neck/chin area, hes got a scrape of some sort.. I cant see it well enough to tell but I think it was claws, not teeth.
He wont let me move his head well enough to really see, and its covered by fur of course. But you can tell he got hurt somehow.
Im bringing Morgan and Abby in to the Vet soon for some shots and a checkup, so I guess this means I should bring Jayce in too? Or is it something I should just keep an eye on? (If so, what should I watch for, in terms of infection etc) Ive never had a hurt cat so Im not really sure what I should do. Its not bleeding and doesnt look like it needs immediate attention. Should I wait and see? And Im really confused, because theyve been together all day and no fighting or anything.
Same as yesterday. So I dont know when it could have happened.

It could be an itch he scratched.. I would wait and see... if it becomes infected he will scratch at it more often and it will ooze. You can wash it with peroxide on a cotton ball.

They were probably just wrestling cats tend to go into a body lock and she got scratched then. If it is not swollen or hot just do a betadine wash then put some antibiotic ointment on it and watch it.
