Took my cats to the vet this afternoon and they got 2 shots. Is it normal for it to upset their stomachs and make them sick? I found what appears to be throw up on the floor but not sure which one did it.

Sometimes vaccines can make them very lethargic, that much I know.  I would keep a very close eye on them both, and if either one gets any worse, or any more vomiting, I would call the Vet and advise them.  If things get bad, like persistent vomiting (or diarrhea)  or any swelling of either of their faces, itchy hives, or difficulty breathing, then you need to get them to an ER Vet post haste.

Hopefully the vomit was just a random thing and not an allergy to the vaccine.

It was just a one time thing.  Neither of them have had any other symptoms. They were both mad at me that night but other than that no more vomiting.

Must have just been a random throw up then.  Maybe from all the "excitement" from going to the Vet

Glad they are doing well.

The stress of the vet visit could be the cause, but don't rule out an upset tummy from the vaccines as the cause.  As long as he doesn't continue to throw up you're okay.

My cat was very tired after vaccinations yesterday. I had planned on only getting her the FVRCP and was talked into one year rabies. This morning she woke me whining like she was in pain and dry heaving. Her right cheek also looked a bit swollen. I found info on the web that suggested benedryl. I stupidly grabbed bubble gum flavor - it said dye free so of course it was better. Yeah, no. About 1 drop in her mouth and she was hissing and foaming at the mouth. I washed her face and then put a bit more of the Benedryl on her paw. She ran under the couch. I checked on her and she finally gave in and cleaned her paw. About 2 hours :rbheart:later, she climbed on the couch and laid with me. She slept for 2 hours and when she heard the crinkle of the PureBites freeze dried chicken treats I was putting away she came running. She are a small piece and then settled by her water fountain. She is bAck asleep but she seems so much better. I need to trust my instincts when it comes to her. I don't know if I will get anymore vaccinations. She is an indoor cat.

Is her face still swollen?  you need to contact your veterinarian, that is an allergic reaction to one or more of the vaccines she received.  When they have reactions they DEFINITELY should never receive vaccinations again.
