Call the vet back and ask him or her.  Since you just saw him or her today he or she should answer this for free and will be better able to help you than we will.

I am suggesting a phone call.  Any ethical vet will not charge you to answer this question if you went in today or yesterday. I am astounded that he did not speak to you about what to do about the kittens still inside of your cat or what to expect going forward.  To get answers to these questions should and will not cost more money.

My vet is always willing to talk me through stuff over the phone, I'd give it a try.

If she is happy and no troubles,  you  can  probably  wait  and see. Do  observe if  any  crisis is coming,   but   with  any  luck  the  other  kittens  will simply  come in their   due  time,  in  a normal  delivery.

Such  situautions   are  quite  common  here on this forum.

That  is  probably  why  the  vet didnt  gave   you more  advices. He  wasnt  alarmed,   And he prob though you knew   this here.   Of  course,  he should tell  you  this  in   clearly  anyway.

Good  luck!
