Your favorite author ?

Who is your favorite author ? If you could meet and ask him/her a few questions what would they be ? I'll start this one off;;

My pick would be Stephen King. My first question?

Oops. Didn't see that this was a game. I thought you were just interested in our favourite authors.  I don't have just one favourite and I can't possibly pick one from all of the authors that I follow, so carry on

Most people know by now that my favorite author is James Patterson.  I've read about 60 of his books and really love him.

I would ask him where he gets his ideas to write these interesting and sometimes very scary books.  I would ask him to please continue giving us those Alex Cross books and never kill him off. 

I would also ask him for his autograph and have my picture taken with him.
