Bladder Stones

My poor kitty Faith Hill has two  1 CM bladder stones, and I am taking her for surgery on Monday to remove them.  I feel terrible for her. The vet says they have been there for perhaps 6 months.

She does not seem to have much of an appetite and has lost some weight.  But she is young and her bloodwork came back with good results. And thankfully she still urinates.

EEk,,  anyone have experience with bladder surgery recovery, and will her appetite return?
