Hi everyone, and Happy Friday! Here are the little girls (and boy!) that run my life...
And this would be Bijou. She was a birthday present from my mother two years ago from a woman who had an accidental litter. She is a princess cat, she rules the household, and she loves to sleep in decorative baskets. (Fun fact with Bijou! Her birthday is the day before mine. We're always sure to celebrate.)
And last but not least in my little kitty family would be two kittens who are about nine weeks old. I rescued these two (and their two brothers) when they lost their mother. I'm a Veterinary Technology student, so I was fortunate enough to have a great network of people that wanted to see these little guys make it! We had a lot of issues. A bad eye infection took some of the sight of one of the little girls (who runs around these days like nothing happened!), all of them lost their hair, and the little boy that I kept struggled through some seizures for a little while. I can't express how happy I am that all of these little ones made it...
I've received such warm welcomes from people here.
