What's one positive thing you can say about the last 24 hours of your life?

I have a new friend.

A friend took charge of putting a heavy item my hubby purchased in our house for us last night. He used his truck to pick it up from the store, took it to his house and waited until he could get others to help him and brought it to our house, paying the others for their labor. He wouldn't take any reimbursement. I will be cooking his family a steak meal after church one Sunday soon.

I didn't snack. (Well, that's positive!)

I just applied for a job in my field. I moved earlier this year and have not been able to find a job in my field yet (or a job at all so far). This job would be perfect and I have all the qualifications for it, just no experience yet.

I found a credit card yesterday evening, tracked the owner down (college town, first thing you look up is the employee/student directory hehe) and emailed him. He came by today to get it back and he brought some home-baked egg tarts and some money for my help. I refused the money but oh man, the egg tarts were really good. 

My grandkids told me they love me.

That is an awesome thing dejolane!  

I slept really good last night!  I still didn't want to get out of bed; but a good nights sleep is always appreciated here!!

My newest house cleaning client texted me. She wanted to let me know that she was very happy & to tell me that I did a really good job!

I got some more painting done. :nod:

One of the cats on my estate came up to me on my driveway and flopped straight over for a tummy rub 

Such nice things happening to everybody!

My knee doesn't hurt. (It's the little things)

Stayed awake for 24 hours even with sleeping pills.

My eye doctor appointment went a little better than I expected.

I got a 2 hour nap today

I'm glad to hear that. I've got mine next year.

Didn't have too much trouble putting my cats out of my room at 6am and getting back to sleep.

A quiet day after yesterday' shenanigans.

I woke up this morning with no heartburn.

I didn't have to go to work today.

My cat rolled down and wanted belly and head cuddle for first time ! (adopted  4 weeks ago)
