I'm just wondering is paws and claws wet cat food any good? is it the same as friskies wet or worse? its sold at tractor supply my money is tight right now and was wondering

And I read on some sites where people was complaining that 4health dog food was causing there dogs bloat would you think 4health cat food would do that to a cat? do cats get bloat?

Sorry if my questions seem odd been wondering for some time.

I have not bought any of the brands yet but thinking about it

Thanks anyone that answers these

Paws and Claws canned food is comparable to Friskies. I won't use the dry (even for the ferals) because it's preserved with BHA.

I'm pretty sure cats don't get "bloat" like dogs do. It's actually called gastric torsion (means their stomach flipped over on itself :() and usually only happens to big dogs. And I think cats' stomachs are set differently than a dog's anyway.

ETA: So I Googled it and it seems there's only been 10 cases of it in cats, and it looks like all those cases were concurrent with some other problem: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/9050277/

so basically paws and claws wet are about the same as in  friskies? I didn't see wheat gluten in paws for claws like i do friskies sometimes

K that eased my mind allot on the bloat thing because i'm getting the 4heatlh cat and I didn't want my cats to get bloat because dogs did with the same brand

I think cats just puke up extra food if they ate to much or not eat tell they poo I did notice that
