Do you use that on your cat or yourself, or both?  Sounds nice.

I use Proactiv on my face...acne and i are old foes... sometimes i will use dove in between. I use that on my body from time to time too. I also love Doves cream oil body wash in the winter! I used to scratch my legs raw; but u noticed with this i actually use lotion less!

I use homemade.. no added colours etc, and vegetable-based.

There's a bloke at the market who makes a wonderful Castile soap with essential oils.  They're fabulous to use and really long lasting.

I have a suggestion you might want to check out.  At 44, I also still deal w/ occasional acne. I found a comparative to Proactive at Walgreens. It's the Walgreen's brand 3 step acne system. It comes in a box kit  (teal & white packaging).  You get a cleanser, toner, treatment & a mask all in one kit for around $17.00!! (Last me about 3 months!)

I think it works great. I've used it for a few years now. I use the Neutrogena naturals gel cleanser first to remove make-up, or as an alternative to keep from getting too dried out.

I use Biore Combination Skin Cleanser for my face, since it's currently the only one available that works on my bizarre type of combination skin (more dry than oily, but I break out with most "dry skin" formulas . . . most combination or oily skin cleansers dry my face out too much and make it itchy and tight).  For my body, I use smelly soaps.  I don't like shower gels ever since I lost my really good puff -- all the new ones are too tough and don't let enough of the lather get onto my skin.  I use Dark Swan soaps and local soaps, plus one from the Black Phoenix Trading Post (Snake Oil).  I've bookmarked the Sandia site -- looks great!

I ordered some of the Sandia.  They have a $30 dollar limit so I had to buy 5 bars.  I bought 5 different kinds and I'm supposed to get it today.

Ok when it comes to body soap we all have our favorites. What about hand soap ?  Do you prefer the gel or the creamy hand soap  ?  I do prefer liquid over bar soap.I wash my hands alot after scooping the litter and before I fix anything for meals. I buy my hand soap from the Dollar Tree.

I get a Kroger store brand of soft soap.  It's on sale a lot for $1, I don't even know what the regular price is.

I just tried the Sandia soap and I really like that.  I had a tough time deciding which one to start with.  I started with the Ojo Caliente.  It's a forest scent with balsam, apple, and pear.  I almost passed on that one because of the apple, pear scents, I'm not a big fan of fruit scents.  All I could smell was the evergreen, forest scent.  I can see this bar lasting 4 or 5 weeks.  I like a lot of lather so I go through soap faster than a lot of people but this is a hard bar that still lathers nicely.

You're a fast mover! The first time I ordered the soap came very slowly. He only ships 2x a week, and I ordered late Wed. That unfortunately did not make the Thurs. shipment, so I had to wait until the next shipping day just for it to get moving to me.

I'm not big on fruit, either, but the watermelon is good. He used to make it so that one edge was green, kinda like a watermelon rind. My favorites are still the outdoor scents like sage and pine (Jemez Morning). Sandia Soap actually got me into handmade soaps. Before that I couldn't imagine spending more than a couple dollars per bar.

I only use liquid/gel for everything. One for face one for body and one for hands. What I'm using on my face is nice. It doesn't give me that dry tight feeling. I don't think you can get it in America. I use different ones on my body. I like with moisturizer and I love citrus smells. I don't like bar soaps and I use a hard sponge.

We've been using Ivory's body wash for a while.  It has a nice light scent which doesn't seem to clash with anything else I put on afterwards.

When I remember to pick it up, I really prefer Bath & Bodyworks Vanilla Lavender or whatever it's called - it may have some other name.  But I hardly walk into malls so it's rare that I have that around.  I try and stock up when I can. They make matching other scented products; like a linen spray that I'm addicted to!

I don't use this for my face.  I splurge on one of Shisedo's products for that.
