switching from dry to wet

So my cat is def overweight and I fear the diabetes deal. I went and boguht some canned food today,low carbs high protein,she has been on dry food her whole life,any good ideas to help her switch right now she wont even touch the canned food,tried to rub a treat in it,but now she wont weat treat. help lol

When switching from dry to wet, if your cat doesn't like the canned food, the first step is to move to timed meals. Get the concept of "meal" in place so you can entirely pull the kibble, and then work on the new food.
