Hi I'm Asherdash in Texas. I have 3 cats(Princess ,Asher, John Jacob). Last Tuesday my beautiful sweet Daisy went to the Rainbow Bridge and I am still very very heartbroken. We feed a feral colony daily and working on trapping/spay/neuter.We also feed a stray(Tuxie Montague)outside. I hope to show pics later this week :)

Hi and welcome to TCS. I am so sorry for your loss of Daisy. If it would help, you could post a tribute to her in the Crossing the Bridge forum. Thanks for your TNR work. I admire all of you who care for ferals. I look forward to pictures of your cats! We love pictures around here.

Thank you for the warm welcomes, my real name is Leti .I have to figure out the picture thing soon. It's been a busy weekend due to John Jacob and Asher having a stomach bug. Luckily Princess is ok. Here's the story of my babies. In 2005 I kept seeing a cream colored cat wandering outside. We tried to bring her in since it was 32 degrees outside but she wasn't going for it.She started following me to the laundry room and back every time I did laundry. We started feeding her on the porch and trying to pick her up but she didn't let us. This went on a few months, she was out there almost everyday. Then on my girlfriends birthday I put the cat in a carrier and took her to the vet for checkup and shots and we named her Princess.A few days later a neighbor was crying talking to Princess through the screen door.It turns out she did have owners. A brief "custody battle" ensued, they took her from us but brought her back a few days later and said we could keep her. About two years later they came and asked if we would take Daisy and of course we did. Daisy had medium length shiny black fur with a silver undercoat and deep green eyes.RIP Daisy :(

About my babies
And me
My name is Leti and I'm in San Antonio
My babies:
Princess Ali-cream colored cat about 12 years old. We took her in thinking she was homeless because she was always outside even in 32 degree weather. Her owners eventually let us keep her.

Daisy Hubbard-RIP .black cat about 9 years old. She had a silver undercoat and deep green eyes. Princess owners gave her to us a few years after we took Princess in.

Asher Astor Dash-light gray and almost 3 years old. We found him at a busy McDonalds drive thru in December 2010. He was about three weeks old.

John Jacob- found July 18th of this year about 4 weeks old in my best friends front yard.He had a bloody swollen leg and meowing with each limp he took.

They keep me pretty busy!

Oh my gosh, we found our Pooper at a busy Wendy's drive thru when she was absolutely tiny, too! There must be good pickin's for ferals in the dumpsters....
Welcome :)

hi. sorry i've been away so long and I would also like to apologize in case this post pops up in the wrong area. I am hoping to add some pics of all my babies soon. However, I first wanted to post of pic of my beautiful sweet Daisy who passed away unexpectedly this September. I am still heartbroken and I was actually looking through the pet memorial sites the day she passed when i stumbled onto this wonderful website.
