No, but I can refer you to a website created by the U.S. foremost expert on feline diabetes, Dr. Elizabeth Hodgkins: http://www.yourdiabeticcat.com/ , and a link to her protocol: http://www.yourdiabeticcat.com/protocol.html

where she states

Therefore, to manage feline type II diabetes, the patient must be provided a diet that is high in protein, moderate in fat, and ultra low in carbohydrate, especially carbohydrate from extruded cereals and those with high glycemic indices, like corn and potato. No feline diabetic should eat any type or brand of dry food. This includes all of the dry formulas labeled as “for the management of diabetes.”

... and liberally using FlortiFlora as a "topper" for the canned food often helps the cat at least taste it. FortiFlora is a probiotic made with the same animal digest (fat) that is sprayed on kibble - the stuff that makes it so addictive.

Of course, not all cats like Fortiflora.  One of mine hates it, but the other two love it.  If yours doesn't like it, then try something else as a topper.  In the short term, you can crush up one piece of his kibble and use as a topper, if absolutely nothing else works.  Otherwise, try freeze dried chicken treats, or even parmesan cheese (from the green can)
