They're uprighting the ship. Still a ways to go, but you can see part of the ship that was laying underwater, now above water.

They just cut to a shot of the crowd. It usually shows the actual ship and boats around it, no cafe of people, lol

It's finally upright. Apparently it will sit there, upright, but sunken, until spring, when they will float it and tow it away.
