Ok, for the first timers for the SS, let me explain about the Gnomes and Llamas. The Gnomes came into play a few years ago, when a certain member wouldn't fill out her hint questionnaire, and was threatened to be sent garden gnomes (which scared her) if she didn't, so that became a running joke. The Llamas came into play when another santee received a card with a tuft of fur taped in her card, with a message saying it was llama fur for a hint (yeah, it wasn't llama fur, it was cat fur, but it was fun). So we just ran with that and now the Gnomes ride the Llamas and sometimes carry gifts of chocolate and vodka. 

Funny, at work the other day, my co-workers were talking about llamas vrs alpacas. And I piped up and said "don't forget the gnomes!!". Yeah, I felt stupid and shut up. But I laughed to myself.....

Ah-hem....yeah, sure, that makes everything clear....   LOL  Love that you guys have this kind of history!

I don't remember how long ago the gnome joke started....  It had to be 5-6 years ago.  

I'm still needing to get to the store for more sequins.  Pinterest and I have been having fun!

I'm on vacation, looking for SS souvenirs. I haven't seen any llamas or gnomes, though. May have to start a new tradition. :D

I think I'll need a soundtrack to go with the outfits.  I wonder how much disco you can find on Itunes?

Someone should re-write that song to be a TNR, Spay/Neuter campaign song! 

I should hang up a disco ball for the fun of it.  The kids would love it for sure!  I bet Mooch would chase the lights too!

Great, I'm going to have that song going through my head for the next 3 days. The Disco Ball...the laser pointer of the 70's.
