Secret Santa Discussion Thread 2013!!

I'm definitely into it earlier this year than last year!  Between SS here; my ornament collections and scouring toy clearances for deals...I've been at it early!  I'm not quite ready to decorate though.  That still has to wait for Thanksgiving! 

  DD is really excited for Christmas for the first time; so that might be part of it!

Yup!  We have a big craft fair here every November.  I'm definitely hoping to score some great gifts there!  I never know what I'll find!

Our Farmers Market has a lot of great Amish made products.  Usually in the food category. 

  It's only open a few days a week and every so many Saturdays.  We used to go down to get lunch for the office from time to time.  Man I could go for that right now!!

Shopping tomorrow.  Then I may hit the craft fair next weekend.  I love them, too.  Hmm...I wonder how long _____________ _______________ will stay good?  We'll certainly have to see, since I like to enclose a gift from my state as one of the goodies.

Once again, my recipient has requested llama related items only.  Two years in a row...and two different recipients.  How odd.  Or maybe I read the hints list wrong?  Oh, well...either way, I'm going with it.  Big craft show this weekend.  I am excited.  I was sick and had to postpone my shopping trip today.

 haha it's my first SS too and I am definitely feeling the pressure! 

There are lots of little jokes floating around in all the SS threads- both this year and year's past. SOME PEOPLE (aka nurse angel) get a little into it, and have some, er, interesting tastes! 

 Just use the hints your SS have in the answers to the questions and use the snoopers if you need to. Be serious or silly- it's all in good fun!

The zoo is hard to break into?  Linda, I would recommend bolt cutters for the initial break-in and maybe a beekeeper suit and big oven mitts for when you meet up with the llama.  Oh, and a llama-proof crate to take him home in.

I need to start shopping asap.  I just found out I'm going to have to have another round of arthroscopic surgery on my right knee.  Trying to push it until after the new year but not sure if I'll be able to hold out that long. Hello internet shopping!
