Meowing bird

Saw Paul's dr today and they had their pet african gray in the office. This bird has a fabulous vocabulary but what made me laugh most of all is that he barks and meows. Guess that comes of living in a home with animals. His meow is just a riot to listen to. I could just imagine my kitties hearing this - especially Tippytoes!

Long ago, worked in a pet store that had an African Grey and he could imitate some of the video games from the arcade across the way. He also meowed and barked and worse, had the escaped budgie screech down pat - did it so well that we would slam the door shut and hunt for the budgie. Parrots are neat.
