I gave my cat Advantage II two days ago. I noticed her excessively licking her tummy and turned her over and her 3" patch on her belly is loosing hair, is red and warm to the touch. Is this an allergic reaction to the chemicals?

I have no idea, it could very well be, but I'd get her to the vet for some relief right away.
