Hello and welcome to TCS.

I'm going to have a moderator move this to the nutrition forum, as I think you'll get more help there on this problem.

My personal tips for helping cats to eat what I want them to, is by using different types of toppers. Something you can sprinkle over the canned food to make it more appetizing. I use things like freeze dried 100% meat treats, such as Pure Bites freeze dried chicken.  If she likes dry food, you can crush a bit of that up and sprinkle it on top also. Other things are the water from canned tuna or warming the food can help, as it makes it smell a bit more.

I'm sure others will add their tips that can help.

I'm probably not the best help you can get, but I'll try to!

As far as I'm concerned, wet food is more of an extra, and dry food is what cats should eat as their basic food. It's not a must to do it this way, but it's adviced by many people and vets I know. Is your cat eating enough dry food? Does she like it?

If she likes the dry food, you can try mixing some of the dry food through the wet food. That way, she has something familiar in the gravy and might start eating the wet food better.

I know many cats who love gravy and will eat/lick that before the actual wet food, so your cat isn't showing odd behavior. The fact that she's only eating/licking the gravy and not the rest might indicate that she doesn't like the rest? Try using different tastes (like fish/chicken/beef) and see if she's having the same behavior with all kinds. If not, it's just a matter of taste. Some cats can be extremely picky when it comes to food.

I, also, give my cats wet food when I have dinner. They are now used to this schedule and will not eat their dry food for a while so they have enough room for their favorite wet food. Maybe you can try doing it this way too :)

I have no other ideas than this, as you gave little information to work with, but I hope this'll help! ^^

I would beg to differ, as would these vets:

Cats are obligate carnivores who must get their nutrition from animal sources. Dry food contains grains and/or starchy vegetables which raise the carbohydrate percentage of foods to unacceptable levels. Cats have no nutritional need for carbs. In addition, cats are geared toward getting their moisture from food. Dry food at 10% average (vs. 80% for canned) does not provide that. Most cats have a low thirst drive and do not drink enough to compensate which can leave them in a chronic state of mild dehydration which is not good for their kidneys or urinary tract.

how do i get my cat to eat all her wet food. she is just into the gravy and leaving the rest. help
This is a common issue with gravy type foods. Will your cat eat pate style foods? Most of the pate styles are more healthy for cats (less carbs). You can blend the food in a blender or Magic Bullet to make a smooth gravy consistency. You may need to add a little water depending on the texture. There are some other tips in this thread:

If she doesn't eat well overall, maybe something else is going on. I don't know how old she is, but if this is a recent/new problem, or if she's still young, I suggest going to a vet to get her checked out. One of my cats wasn't eating well either, and a few days later she had blood in her stool; turned out to be Giardia. So if she's really not eating enough, get her checked.
