At first I thought Jessie was a polydactyl kitten but then I counted 4 claws, one dew claw. Okay…. but there is an extra "pad" a little way's up her front paw, no claw associated with it, on both feet.

Weird. Can't find an exact description, but she seems to not be bothered by it (hard to tell, she gets squirmy when I touch any part of her paws - part of the reason the focus isn't great, LOL).

Have a look see:

That's normal!
I don't know what it's called, but my cats have that too.

I feel so dumb. Y'see I looked at my other kitten, a Ragdoll, and couldn't find that silly pad, until after your response. Soooooooo much fur, and it was smaller. Since it has been decades since of lived with a cat, I simply didn't remember this was normal. Ah well.

My other two cats are longer haired too, and you definitely don't notice it on them!  You have to feel for it.  No reason to feel dumb.  You're just a concerned "meowmy"
