Good morning and TGIF!

Easy question this morning: What's on your feet? Sandals, slippers, sneakers, heels, boots? What do you prefer to wear or what do you wear most of the time?

During the summer, I wear sandals or go barefoot. During the winter, I love boots. With heels or without heels, I love boots. I'll continue to wear sandals until the  weather turns really cold, then switch over to my boots.

I take off my shoes and socks the minute I get into my house. Well, sometimes I keep the socks on, but I love going barefoot. Because my feet get cold at night, I have a blanket just for them at the end of the bed so I don't have to wear socks in bed. I hate wearing socks in bed.

Just socks. I'd be barefoot, except a certain little "monster" loves to attack toes.

Usually I wear sneakers (suede or leather with a thin sole) outside the house. Teaching keeps me on my feet, so I really have to wear something very comfortable. Generally I only wear a skirt or dress when I can wear sandals, too, which rules out cold weather.

If I'm staying home for the day I may not wear shoes or socks at all. If I go out it's tennis shoes. i don't wear sandals at all.  I need to buy another pair of slippers soon so I can wear them outside to the patio.

I don't have any high heels but do have a pair of  black flats slip on's.

Also I have a pair of black boots with no heels for the winter.

l wear socks all the time. l love socks, and dislike going barefoot. As soon as l get home, l put on socks.

My feet are as soft as a baby's bum
and l always attributed that to wearing socks constantly so, true or not they're here to stay.

Faux Crocs - you know, the $5.00 kind from Wally World. I wear these about half the time and inside all the time and Ropers the rest of the time, switching to Muck Boots for winter.

I'm barefoot at the moment at home but will spend the next 10 months wearing socks - I get cold. I'm with you Winchester, I love boots! Boots in the winter and sandals in the summer. Not counting dress shoes, everything is boots or sandals except I have one pair of converse but those are actually very much like boots, too.

Right now I have slippers on.  I practically live in sneakers when outdoors.  I never go barefoot since I am a diabetic.

Two toe rings and a band aid!

I love my toe rings and I love to be barefoot; as long as I'm indoors.  I don't like walking around in the grass barefoot or anything.  Even in the winter I'll pull my socks off if I'm just sitting on the couch under a blanket.  My feet are the hottest part of my body.  Sometimes I even sleep with them outside the blankets.  My Gram always did that!

In the summer I'm in sandals as much as possible.  I'll put on my sneakers (New Balance brand, my fav) for walks though.  In the winter or cooler months I typically wear my Clarks slip ons.  I used to wear boots all the time.  But now I prefer something more flat.  I just go for a little thicker sole to give me a little height/length.  I don't do heels very often anymore.  My feet are big as it is; but they went to a wide width after having my first kid.  I had to order both my sneakers and my Clarks online because they didn't have them in stock.  I think both are 10 1/2 wides and i was told I could get away with an 11.  I should be like 6' tall with these flippers!!
Good shoes have become more important; anything else causes pain.

Don't do bare foot outside bed often, mostly coz the floors are always covered in litter tracking, cat biscuit crumbs and toy mice etc - can get very painful. Also - I've got cold feet.

Usually wear cozy socks indoors but currently wearing comfy, flat shoes as I was out shopping a while ago and going out for a meal in about 45 minutes . It's cold and wet here today and I was too lazy to change when I got in.   Not warm enough for sandals here too often, it's usually shoes in summer and boots all winter.

I get a sore right foot due to a stress fracture YEARS ago and don't do heals very often. I collect (but not quite hoard) very nice but comfortable shoes and boots.  Just call me Emelda...

I use my feet like a thermostat too, MoochNNoodles!

Inside I'm barefoot or socks. Outside I always wear shoes outside since the former tenant broke glass and I'm still finding trash each time it rains. Usually flipflops, tennis shoes, or clogs.

At home, socks or slippers. My feet can get cold easily, and I also prefer to protect them - especially since I am a clumsy person hahaha it sucks when you get cold feet then you hit something, ouch. Plus, my feet would get dirty in the long term anyway. Overall not a fan of going barefoot.

Outdoors, fall/winter: Boots, whether my flat boots or my two inched heel ones. Warm and comfortable. Also my sneakers, if there isn't snow yet.

Outdoors, spring/summer: Flip flops, crocs, good quality sandals. I used to wear flats a lot but lately they make my feet sore after awhile. Not suprising, with no padding and being completely flat. Sneakers when I got hiking!

Not sure if it counts, and wonder how tired people will be of me always mentioning dancy stuff, but I regularly wear my pointe shoes and flats. Character shoes too. Atogether I try and take care of my feet, for obvious reasons.

Back when I used to play soccer, I would of course wear my cleats.

Don't especially like to go barefoot -- maybe occasionally at home, but for the most part I use my Dearfoam slippers in the house. I just love Dearfoams.

I wear sneakers most f the time going outside, occasionally sandals (just have to show off my pedicure once in a while). But for the most part I wear my sneakers, since we go to the gym at least 3 or 4 days a week, and I find the sneakers are the most comfortable.

I cringe now when I think of my working years (am now retired) when I wore heels and panyhose (ugh) to work. Now when I look at the current super high heels I just wonder how they can possibley walk in those things.

At home I usually go barefoot. Sometimes I will wear slippers especially if I'm going into the cat's room, or after having applied lotion to my feet.

When out and at work I wear a pair of black leather track shoes. I can't wear anything with a heel due to an ankle injury from years past.

I am currently wearing slippers. I go barefoot at home in the summer and sandals when I go out. The rest of the year I am wearing socks in the house and shoes or boots if I go out.

I only wear shoes when I have to. Otherwise it's socks or slippers.

I can never find a pair of comfortable boots but I love the way they look.

I am barefoot as much as possible, inside and outside. After being stung on the toe last weekend I have been trying to wear shoes outside, but I don't like it. :lol3: In the cold weather I usually break down and wear socks.
