My cat has been sick for a few months battling one bacterial infection after another and I want to put him on transfer factor  but am not sure which one to get as there are so many for both people and animals. Anyone have experience with any of the varieties and how did it go?

I've used the 4Life Transfer Factor . Tri-Factor Formula for my bengal with chronic Irritable bowel issues. 1/2 Cap 2x a day mixed in with food for a 9-10lb kitty. I only found out about this after 7 years of using steroids, prednesolone, special prescription diets , raw diets, and as a last resort, cancer meds. (Which got him through some rough times, but didn't overall help in healing his situation) In his last year, he was going down hill fast and had sever diarrhea... I thought I was going to loose him. Tri-factor was suggested...it turned him around quickly and he improved considerably and was happy for another 7 months... He was 14 when he passed on.

This was mixed in a special prescription canned diet, with raw meat and chicken liver...

I wish I knew then what I know now. The first big shift for him after going through every prescription food on the market... switching to a raw diet... immediate improvement... But his issues were long developed into a chronic stage of ups and downs... The Tri-Factor was unfortunately a late discovery, but a huge boon for quality of life.

I recommend to anyone... to investigate your home, their diets, and cat sands for toxins and remove them. It is often the slow exposures that over time turn into big issues of various types. Little kitty bodies can't handle the toxins like we can... but you'll also find a toxic free house might improve everyone's issues overall!
