A blueberry doughnut from DD. A co-worker walked into the office, walked into my cube and stuck the donut box in my face. At first I said "No" but there was a blueberry doughnut that just started screaming at me. So....I ate it.

Cold pizza & coffee this morning.
I am SOOOO jealous.
Just had a small pile of pumkin and sunflower seed Ryvita with LF butter and a glass of juice. No ice cream left.

I had some pretzels last night. Utz has a new pretzel called Pretzel Pops. They're hollow inside. Not bad. 25 for 120 calories.

A bowl of blueberries followed by a veggie chilli burrito , and now I'm tucking in to a bowl of ice cream. A proper tea for a change!

Half a turkey breast, peas and carrots as well as a sliced tomato salad for lunch.
A banana.
Nachos! After that, yogurt
I just had an apple cut up with carmel sauce
Our holiday dinner was homesmoked brisket (made with a sugar-free rub), large salad, roasted homegrown zucchini and red bell pepper plus crimini mushrooms, a single serving of a blueberry cheesecake from Ikea (I find their desserts oddly special..lol).
Zwetschgenknödel (plum dumplings) with custard sauce.
