And here is Keeker ... NOT being photogenic!

Keeker looks like he has seen a ghost but still manages to be completely adorable.  Kricket of course, is his usual majestic self!

I wanted to get this picture of Iris because of the drop of water on her chin

Wonderful shot of Iris and the water droplet.  If I had taken that photo, the drop would be blurry and out of focus.  And Iris's beautiful eyes would be shut.

Keeker always looks like a hoot-owl!

In person, you can see the almond shape of his eyes, but on photos all you can see is the round eyeballs because he is so dark.

I'll get some good pics of his eyes one of these days - but as soon as I go for the camera he gives me an "Ohhhhh! You are NOT taking pics of ME!" attitude.

OK, I admit it. I tend to overfeed them.

The thing is, when they've lived outside for a while they're usually underweight and need the extra calories. Plus we all need a little extra padding to survive the winter up this high in the mountains.

I'm with you, I have chunky outdoor kitties.

Echo is gorgeous. I guess the tabby stripes are a little too clearly defined for a ticked tabby, but it looks so nice the way the stripes are almost invisible on the body then stronger on the face and legs.

Is Echo a boy or a girl?
We have no idea what breed she is, she was a feral kitten we found buried under rubble and dirt, but she's grown into a massive 8kg+ cat, she is solid muscle. The vets think she may be part Bengal, but anyhow, Echo is a girl :)
