Nervous, can't calm down....

My cat is home since Saturday from being at the vets for a week. He had bladder stones removed. He starts to act like himself and then he acts very quiet . He had the surgery 6 days ago. When he came home he was starving, he ate , and had some incontinence in our bed. I cleaned it up. He goes to the litter and is very gassy, so far no bowel movement, the vet said this is  all normal. He is on orbax antibiotics. Today he climbed into bed with my husband and I, so he was acting like himself. Now he is just sleeping in bed. He has not eaten too much today and had a little bit of water. I am just nervous.

The only thing I would be concerned about is how much he is eating.  If you're feeding wet food he should be eating a 5 1/2 ounce can through the course of the day.  You may have better luck offering him small amounts several times a day rather than 2 or 3 meals. 

His acting a little off here and there is to be expected.  He has been through quite an ordeal.
