Greetings

Hi, I joined this group last night as I was in search for advice about the recovery period for a cat needing surgery for a luxating patella. I have already received help and am much appreciative. Any other advice and stories are more than welcomed. We have four cats, all rescues, and wonderful. Three are still fairly new to our house (Dec) and were adopted when our 20-year old tabby died. It took a lot to replace him! The fourth is about 17 and doing fairly well. I'm pleased to report that my son, who recently left for college, earned the award "future cat lady" for the love of cats he showed while volunteering at a shelter.
