By always sleep, I mean literally always sleeping. He doesn't even wake up to use the bathroom or play or anything. The only time he wakes up is when I move him. My cat had kittens on July 20th. They are all healthy except for the one which was a runt. He barely eats and I think he's not going to be okay any longer. I'm really worried. He's so skinny that if you touch him, you can feel his spine and ribs perfectly. I've tried getting the mother to feed him, but she's never around lately and I cannot find her outside. And when she is, she doesn't feed him for a very long time. Lately he's done nothing but sleep and sleep, he can barely even walk anymore. If he tries, he tumbles over. He's also very, very limp when you pick him up, but he does open his eyes to look at me when I do.

I have no vet in the town I live in, so I can't take him in as the nearest one is nearly 2 hours away.

That is so sad... especially when you need a vet really bad right now. Have you checked your pet store for some kind of milk replacement formula you could feed him with a syringe or eyedropper? If it is only lack of nutrition maybe you can still revive him with that- tho you really do need a vet to examine him at some point... I can't imagine no vets at all in your town, tho!
Really hope you don't lose the little guy- he sure needs help ASAP. :'(

Unfortunately, he isn't going to make it. The mother came back and he still refuses to eat. He just lays there and doesn't even respond. I think the best thing I can do is just keep him warm and comfortable until he passes. :c

You need to feed him!  Get some kitten replacement milk (KMR) or goats milk will do in a pinch.  Get a syringe from the pharmacy or a nursing bottle from the pet store and start feeding him every couple of hours.  You can add some plain meat baby food to the milk to help, too.
