LuLu is nearly 3 years old, she has always been an inside cat( that of course was not fixed), but back in June when I was taking my kids to Canada she ran out (yes, she was in heat) ... We looked around for an hour, but we had to get on the road (my ex was going to be waiting at the border at a certain time) ... well as you know we couldn't find LuLu, I was stressed and worried because she was my 8 year old's baby (my 23 year old son give her LuLu as a Christmas gift 2011 .. Anyway, She is very much pregnant, been seeing her babies going crazy in her for a little more than a week, last week she has 2 days of false contractions. Well today she was trying to dart out of the door any chance she could (with no avail) ... I put the drawer back in my dresser that she has been peeking in for weeks and for the last few days (before I took the drawer out) she has been spending more time in it... tonight, I put the drawer back in and put LuLu in it and she has now been in there for over 3 hours. how close are we people??? This is almost as bad as when I was pregnant with my own children... thanks for the help!

Do you remember the day you left? Cats are pregnant for about 63 days, give or take a few. Not that it really matters that much, because the kittens will come when they come! :lol3: But at least you'd have a rough idea. It does sound like she's really close. If you think she's in any distress, contact your vet immediately. Online people might have some advice, but only a vet can help in real life.

Even indoor kitties should always be fixed. They're at risk for reproductive disease and cancer, and the risk increases the longer they remain unspayed. She can be spayed as soon as the babies are weaned. Please make sure all her babies get fixed, too, so there won't be any more accidents!

And be sure to post lots of pics of the babies when they come!
