My cats pant after they do some hardcore playing. I think its just that, out of breath and or because they dont have sweat glands I believe. He should be fine :-D. And I also lost my cat Lily, and three days later I took in three cats, a mum and two boys. It doesn't replace, but it helps to love again.

Just a note from Kubik's Mom :-). Hello everyone! We lost our 18 year old back and white tuxedo rescued cat to old age and we rescued 4 month old kitten right away. I am in love again with our bundle of joy and I know I am not crazy cat lady. I just really enjoy cat's company and their "cool" attitude. Kubik is very playful and I noticed that he is panting after hard core play. We checked with the wet and he looks very healthy otherwise. Just wondering if anyone else has the same experience. He finished his antibiotics a week ago (Upper Respiratory Infection) and I am really looking for a long long healthy life with him.
