Hydroaxe got me to thinking (congrats, BTW Ryan on your 300th post, and that CUTE avatar!). Where DO you guys get those neato ones that you use, do ya make 'em or what? Figured I'd better start thinking about it BEFORE I got that far along! Thanks!

Thanks KittenKrazy, I must have missed this post. It's not as hard as you think, even if you don't have Photoshop or Image Ready. Do you have some software that allows you to do these two things:

1. Save or convert an image to a GIF file format
2. Change the pixel size of an image

If you don't, surely you have MS Paint. Read this: http://www.thecatsite.com/forums/sho...threadid=26417

If you don't have software that allows you to make animated GIF's then read this thread: http://www.thecatsite.com/forums/sho...hlight=avatars and download Microsoft Gif Animator. It's a piece of cake as long as you have some GIF images that are sized to the avatar specs of TCS: 50x50 pixels.

Thanks for the info all, I am too bullheaded to NOT try to do it myself, but if I find out that I cannot make one myself, I may have to holler for more help. I hope not tho, I HATE to be outdone by a piece of computer junk !
