I have a feeling I'm in good company 
We have two of our own, and for a long time have been somewhat of a halfway house for strays and ferals on their way to the local no-kill shelter.
Well, my kids have been begging me to foster a pregnant cat for a long time, so we finally broke down and now we have Missy who is due any day now.
In addition to the cats we have a dog named Boomer, three guinea pigs and I rescue/rehab baby squirrels and chipmunks for a local wildlife shelter.
