I forgot to ask someone to fill in for this week's question!

Yesterday was my husband's birthday and today is my birthday. We are away on vacation. Today's question is what did you do on your last birthday?


Also, I'm still looking for someone to take over the Tuesday question of the day. Please PM me if interested.

Let's see...my last birthday, it was pretty simple. Had a relaxing day (Spent time with my horses, dog and cats) recieved some really nice messages from friends, then my mom took me out to dinner later at a Scottish pub! It's also when I got my new dance bag as a gift.
 

Man I don't even remember. 

Since it's two weeks before Christmas, my husband's work holiday party is usually on my birthday for some reason. We go to that if our daughter can come along, but sometimes they hold it in a pub that doesn't allow minors to enter, so we don't go those times.

We always eat out at a nice restaurant and I don't have to cook that day.   I'd really love to have a birthday party some year but everyone is always so busy at that time for Christmas, and you can't ask family to travel for your birthday party right before the holidays.

My last birthday (Jan. 20) was the last day on our cruise last year. We spent the morning waiting to get off the ship, the doing all the laundry at home.

Last birthday we went out to the Texas Roadhouse and went home and drank some wine coolers.

Aw that's cute.  DH and I have our birthdays 10 days apart.  Makes it easier to ensure there is no singing in public restaurants!!

I'm really trying to remember my last birthday.  It was almost a year ago.  We may have been on vacation visiting my family.  I really can't remember!  That's sad!

For the most part, we only go out to dinner for my birthday....and that's during the weekend. My birthday fell on a Thursday this year, so Rick took me to dinner on Saturday. 

For Rick's birthday, I usually make him breakfast in bed....and that's during the weekend, too.

Happy Birthday!!!!!

On my last Birthday I was down in Pembina, ND just over the US-Canada border at my friend's Aunt and Uncles. They threw a party for me.

The one before that was my 50th and my brother had a party for me.

   Happy Birthday!!!!! 

Mine was just a week ago on the 21st!  (44th)  I tried to make a week out of it. That Monday I got the first massage I have had in a year! (I have to find someone to trade w/ again!) 

Tuesday, my mom took me out to lunch, & then we went & checked out some antique shops down town.

Wednesday, I had my hair apt. Then Thursday & Friday I had to work.

Saturday afternoon my sister & I went to  movie & then Dinner!  We don't get to get together too often, so it was nice to have some "sista" time.

Oh, I almost forgot one of the best parts!

This is what I woke up to on the pillow next to me.

Thank you! For the last 15 years or so we have always gone away on vacation for our birthdays.
